We implemented a custom class and event registration system built on The Events Calendar, Events Tickets Plus and WooCommerce. We then connected this system to Salesforce, where we created custom object types and reports tailored specifically to the client's needs. Customers are also tagged in MailChimp with custom tags specific to their shopping activity.
We collaborated with Šek Design Studio to update Grand Marais Art Colony's website design, registration system, and CRM system. We received a homepage design, and carried through branding to the rest of the site.

We were looking to address a set of challenges, specifically around the user experience with our current website and registration platform. The Grenwoods worked with us through several stages to figure out how to offer a deposit and final payment system for our classes, streamline website navigation and increase accessibility, and connect our membership, registration, and customer management systems. To say the least, it was a gigantic overhaul and clean up.
